Oracle Solution for Error ora-12706
ORA-12706: this CREATE DATABASE character set is not allowed
What triggered the Error:
It is not allowed to create a database on a native ASCII-based machine using an EBCDIC-based character set, and vice versa.What should we do to fix it:
