Oracle Solution for Error ora-12209

ORA-12209: TNS:encountered uninitialized global

What triggered the Error:

Application calling navigation routine has not properly configured the global variables. There are no TNSNAV.ORA files available, or they are defective.

What should we do to fix it:

Not normally visible to the user. For further details, turn on tracing and reexecute the operation. If error persists, contact Worldwide Customer Support.
