Oracle Solution for Error ora-12063

ORA-12063: unable to apply transaction from site string

What triggered the Error:

The current transaction from the client site could not be applied to the master site.

What should we do to fix it:

Ensure that the client site is still valid and that it has not been dropped from the master site.
