ORA-12010: cannot create materialized view log on table owned by SYS

What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to create a materialized view log on the table owned by SYS. CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG attempts to create a trigger on the table, but triggers can not be created on SYS tables.

What should we do to fix it:

Do not create a materialized view log on SYS tables.
