What triggered the Error:
Size of the PL/SQL tracing circular buffer, in kilobytes.What should we do to fix it:
Set this event in concert with the 10938 event and the _PLSQL_DUMP_BUFFER_EVENTS init.ora parameter, under supervision of Oracle Support.
