Oracle Solution for Error ora-10643
ORA-10643: Database should be mounted in restricted mode and Exclusive mode
What triggered the Error:
When SYSTEM tablespace is being migrated database should be mounted in Exclusive mode and in Restricted mode.What should we do to fix it:
Reissue this command after mounting the database in right mode.
