Oracle Solution for Error ora-09967
ORA-09967: unable to create or open lock file
What triggered the Error:
Oracle failed, when making an open system call, inorder to acquire a file lock used by the database mount lock or the instance startup/shutdown lock.What should we do to fix it:
Check errno for more information.
