Oracle Solution for Error ora-09913

ORA-09913: Malloc of dummy name failed.

What triggered the Error:

ORACLE was unable to allocate memory for the user name that is to to be used in the encryption of the user's password.

What should we do to fix it:

Check the UNIX error number. It is probable that the system has run out of memory. If there is no error, contact ORACLE support.
