ORA-08243: recursive audit operation attempted

What triggered the Error:

A recursive operation requiring audit was attempted in the middle of an auditing operation. The most likely reason is space management operations needed to free up space in the audit tablespace.

What should we do to fix it:

Check space in the tablespace for SYS.AUD$ and correct the problem.
