Oracle Solution for Error ora-08207
ORA-08207: ora_addr: cannot open address file
What triggered the Error:
The address file could not be opened.What should we do to fix it:
Check that ORACLE is up. Check that the file $(ORACLE_HOME)/dbs/sgadef$(ORACLE_SID).dbf exists and has correct permissions.
