ORA-07618: $IDTOASC failed translating a secrecy level
What triggered the Error:
VMS system service $IDTOASC failed while looking up the string representation in the rights database of a secrecy level.What should we do to fix it:
Define the entry in the rights database which the binary label you specified references.
