Oracle Solution for Error ora-06419
ORA-06419: NETCMN: server can not start oracle
What triggered the Error:
The remote server was unable to start an ORACLE process on behalf of the client.What should we do to fix it:
Make sure permissions on the remote ORACLE program are correctly set. Contact your system administrator.
