Oracle Solution for Error ora-02818

ORA-02818: Less than the number of blocks requested was read in

What triggered the Error:

A server could not read in the request amount of data. The first number in the "additional information" field is the block number being read in. The second is the actual number of bytes that was read in.

What should we do to fix it:

This is a programming error.
