ORA-02370: internal metadata in file string is not valid

What triggered the Error:

The specified file could not be used for this load because the internal metadata stored in this file does not match the metadata stored in the first file piece set.

What should we do to fix it:

Verify all the files in the DUMPFILE clause are from the same unload operation.
