ORA-02198: ONLINE/OFFLINE option already specified
What triggered the Error:
In CREATE TABLESPACE, the ONLINE and/or OFFLINE options were specified more than once.What should we do to fix it:
Specify at most one of ONLINE or OFFLINE.
