Oracle Solution for Error ora-01938
ORA-01938: IDENTIFIED BY must be specified for CREATE USER
What triggered the Error:
Cannot create a user without specifying a password or "IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY".What should we do to fix it:
Specify one of the password clauses.
