ORA-01675: max_commit_propagation_delay inconsistent with other instances
What triggered the Error:
The max_commit_propagation_delay INIT.ORA parameter is inconsistent with those in other instances.What should we do to fix it:
Make sure all instances have the same max_commit_propagation_delay.
