Oracle Solution for Error ora-01175

ORA-01175: data dictionary has more than the string files allowed by the instance

What triggered the Error:

The data dictionary is found to have more files than that which can be supported by this instance.

What should we do to fix it:

Shutdown the instance and restart with a larger number of db_files
