Oracle Solution for Error ora-01090
ORA-01090: shutdown in progress - connection is not permitted
What triggered the Error:
The SHUTDOWN command was used to shut down a running ORACLE instance, so you cannot connect to ORACLE.What should we do to fix it:
Wait for the instance to be restarted, or contact your DBA.
