Oracle Solution for Error ora-00402

ORA-00402: database changes by release string cannot be used by release string

What triggered the Error:

Changes have been made to the database that require a newer software release or that violate the compatibility parameters.

What should we do to fix it:

Use a version of the software that can understand the changes or relax the compatibility requirements in the init file.
