NZE-29230: the header length is not sufficient for message header
What triggered the Error:
The input TDU has either been corrupted or it is not being used correctly.What should we do to fix it:
Check that the TDU is being used from the beginning. If possible, compare the size of the TDU upon generation to the size trying to be used.
