NZE-29119: Cannot import certificate.
What triggered the Error:
The certificate cannot be imported. One of the required parameters could be NULL or the certificate has an invalid X.509 BER or DER encoding.What should we do to fix it:
Enable Oracle Net tracing and attempt the connection again. Contact Oracle customer support with the trace output.
