NZE-29018: The premaster secret contains an incorrect version number.
What triggered the Error:
The premaster secret must contain the same version number as the ClientHello. The version sent by the client was incorrect.What should we do to fix it:
Enable Oracle Net tracing and attempt the connection again. Contact Oracle customer support with the trace output.
