What triggered the Error:
The system or application failed to retrieve method information from the sqlnet.ora configuration file.What should we do to fix it:
Check the method configuration parameters in the sqlnet.ora file. If the method configuration parameters are correct, then enable Oracle Net tracing to determine the exact error.
