NZE-28787: private key encryption failure
What triggered the Error:
This may have been caused by an error in the mkwallet parameter of the sqlnet.ora file.What should we do to fix it:
Check your sqlnet.ora file. Also turn on Oracle Net tracing and check the mktoken.trc file for other errors.
