NZE-28764: failure to retrieve a configuration parameter
What triggered the Error:
The system failed to retrieve a configuration parameter from the sqlnet.ora file. This error may have occurred because a necessary configuration parameter was not specified in the sqlnet.ora file.What should we do to fix it:
Supply the needed configuration parameter in the sqlnet.ora file.
