Oracle Solution for Error ora-55566
ORA-55566: SQL statement issued when the database was not open for queries
What triggered the Error:
Tried to access SMON time zone information when database was not open for queries.What should we do to fix it:
Reissue the SQL statement after the database is open for queries.
