What triggered the Error:

An attempt was made to flashback database to a non-guaranteed restore point while flashback database is off. You can only flashback a database to guaranteed restore point when flashback database is not on.

What should we do to fix it:

Consider picking a guaranteed restore point to flashback the database to, if there is one.
