Oracle Solution for Error ora-38709
ORA-38709: Recovery Area is not enabled.
What triggered the Error:
An ALTER DATABASE FLASHBACK ON command failed because the Recovery Area was not enabled.What should we do to fix it:
Set DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST to a location and retry.
