Oracle Solution for Error ora-32580

ORA-32580: both SYS and SYSTEM passwords must be provided

What triggered the Error:

Passwords for both the SYS and SYSTEM users were not provided in the CREATE DATABASE statement. If one of the passwords was provided, then both should be provided.

What should we do to fix it:

Re-issue the CREATE DATABASE statement with a password for both the SYS and SYSTEM users.
