Solution for Oracle Error ORA-31148

ORA-31148: string is not a valid resource configuration

What triggered the Error:

The resource specified in the element while creating a resource configuration or specified as the rcpath in a call using DBMS_RESCONFIG package did not conform to XDBResConfig.xsd schema.

What should we do to fix it:

Specify a valid path and resubmit statement.
