Oracle Solution for Error ora-30437

ORA-30437: all job queue processes have stopped running

What triggered the Error:

All of the job queue processes used by refresh have stopped for some reason. At least one job queue process must be running in order to refresh summaries.

What should we do to fix it:

This is an internal error. Notify ORACLE technical support
