ORA-29293: A stream error occurred during compression or uncompression.

What triggered the Error:

e stream state was discovered to be invalid during compression or uncompression, or an invalid compression quality was requested or a NULL or invalid compression parameter was detected.

What should we do to fix it:

rify that quality is within the range [0,9] and that valid input source data exists.
