Oracle Solution for Error ora-27027

ORA-27027: sbtremove2 returned error

What triggered the Error:

tremove2 returned an error. This happens when deleting a backup file.

What should we do to fix it:

is error is returned from the media management software which is linked with Oracle. There should be additional messages which explain the cause of the error. This error usually requires contacting the media management vendor.
