ORA-25452: duplicate attribute value for variable: string, attribute: string

What triggered the Error:

attempt to evaluate was made, which failed because duplicate attribute values were supplied for the specified variable and attribute name.

What should we do to fix it:

eck the attribute values specified, and try again with only one attribute value for each variable, and attribute name.
