Oracle Solution for Error ora-23543

ORA-23543: materialized view log on "string"."string" is in an inconsistent state

What triggered the Error:

ere was an error while creating the materialized view log and the log is currently in an inconsistent state. A possible cause could be that schema redefinition has occurred on the master table while the log was being created. Another possible cause could be that there were DMLs being applied on the master table concurrently in another session at the time the materialized view log creation started and those DML transactions haven't committed even after a very long period of time.

What should we do to fix it:
