Oracle Solution for Error ora-12211
ORA-12211: TNS:needs PREFERRED_CMANAGERS entry in TNSNAV.ORA
What triggered the Error:
TNSNAV.ORA does not have a PREFERRED_CMANAGERS defined.What should we do to fix it:
Add a PREFERRED_CMANAGERS entry to the TNSNAV.ORA file.
