Oracle Solution for Error ora-09803

ORA-09803: Allocation of string buffer failed.

What triggered the Error:

a buffer used to hold the name of the file for which a label was to be obtained could not be allocated.

What should we do to fix it:

Check the UNIX error number for a possible operating system failure. If there is no error, contact Oracle Support Services. The number of bytes that ORACLE attempted to allocate is in the "Additional Information" field.
