Oracle Solution for Error ora-09716
ORA-09716: kslcll: Unable to fix in-flux lamport latch.
What triggered the Error:
One Oracle process died while still holding a lamport latch.What should we do to fix it:
Exit (kill) all Oracle user processes. Shutdown (abort) and restart Oracle RDBMS kernel.
