Oracle Solution for Error ora-07468
ORA-07468: spwat: mset error, unable to set semaphore.
What triggered the Error:
The mset routine returned an error. Semaphore may not exist.What should we do to fix it:
Check result code in sercerrno. Semaphore number returned in sercose[0].
