Oracle Solution for Error ora-06141
ORA-06141: NETTCP: no privilege for user
What triggered the Error:
A proxy login connect attempt failed because the SQL*Net TCP/IP server had insufficient privileges to access the proxy account.What should we do to fix it:
Change account protection; change server privilges.
