How to download and deploy new types of agents in OEM 12C

In this tutorial we will demonstrate how to download and deploy new types of agents in OEM 12C

1-From the main screen -> Setup >> Extensibility >> Self Update

2-Select the option Agent Software

3-Select the Agent you want to download(in our case MSS 64 bits)

4-Choose to run immediately

5-Select OK and follow the job details if you want

6-Select the downloaded agent and click on APPLY

7-Click OK and read the informative message.

Done the agent for the MS SQL Server was installed in is ready to monitor SQL Server targets. You need to remember that this feature is not for free and a license will be needed for this.
